1、 Before testing the mutual inductance, the induced voltage of the circuit should be measured to not exceed 750VAC.
2、 There are two methods to measure mutual inductance with the instrument (note that the wiring and frequency selection should be consistent).
The first method of wiring is shown in Figure 1, and the test frequency option is selected as 46/54-1
1. Short circuit the end of loop I and loop II to ground, and short circuit the beginning of loop II to instrument UA.
2. Apply a in-phase and out of phase power supply between the first end of loop I and ground, and measure the current of loop I and the voltage at the first end of loop II. Then calculate the coupling inductance.
The second method of wiring is shown in Figure 2, and the test frequency option is selected as 46/54-2
1. Short circuit the end of loop I and loop II to ground, and connect the first ends A, B, and C of loop II to instruments UA, UB, and UC, respectively.
2. Apply a in-phase and out of phase power supply between the first end of loop I and ground, and measure the current of loop I and the voltages UA, UB, and UC at the first end of loop II. Then calculate the coupling inductance.
