Firstly, the speed test results need to be compared with the factory report. Therefore, the selection of speed sensors needs to be kept "in the same position" and "of the same type" as the factory test of the circuit breaker manufacturer. Sensors installed for different types of movements should not be replaced arbitrarily in principle.
Linear motion sensors (often including linear potentiometers, accelerometers, digital linear sensors, laser sensors, etc.) test the linear motion of transmission rods and other parts.
Rotary motion sensors (often including rotary potentiometers, digital rotations, gyroscopes, etc.) test the axial rotational motion of parts such as the crank arm shaft.
In terms of settings, the definition of travel length and speed must be strictly consistent with the manufacturer.
The type of "sensor" needs to be selected according to the requirements, such as the XC355 analog rotary sensor, which should use the "analog linear" option; If the "gyroscope" option is used, the curve cannot be measured correctly.
The speed definition needs to be set according to the manufacturer's requirements. Most speed definitions are related to the point of just closing (opening), so it is usually necessary to connect the fracture testing line during speed measurement, and the testing time needs to be long enough to fully collect the opening and closing stroke curves.
Solution for zero speed: The instrument testing interface has a "speed measurement contact" option (default is A1). When the testing phase is changed, the speed measurement contact is required to be changed with the change of the testing fracture (for example, when the fracture line is connected to B1, the speed measurement contact should be selected as B1. If A1 is still used as the speed measurement contact, there will be a phenomenon of B1 time, travel curve, but the speed value is 0)
