In the vast majority of cases, instruments use input type. (Acceleration and gyroscope sensors can only use input type) Input type refers to the instrument recording the voltage change curve of the sensor as the travel curve. This curve itself does not have the meaning of travel length. We set a travel length specified by the switch factory and calibrate the difference between the start and end of the curve as the switch travel.

In rare cases, use the measuring type.
When using a linear sensor and measuring type, it is necessary to set the electrical length of the sensor. When the circuit breaker is activated, the sliding end of the sensor moves with the connected mechanism. At this point, the sensor is equivalent to a calibrated and precise ruler. As the sliding end moves, the instrument can record the precise process of travel changes through the sensor as a travel curve. Therefore, when using a measuring type, it is required that the sensor be fixed as firmly as possible, as sensor shaking can cause unstable testing travel
Method for setting sensor length when simulating rotation+measurement type:
Sensor length=theoretical stroke mm/theoretical angle ° ✖ 345° = ___mm
