HandyGeneral vacuum circuit breakers require research on bounce parameters, while plug-in metal contact circuit breakers with voltage levels of 35kV and above generally do not study bounce parameters. However, during the experiment, it is necessary to consider the "false bounce" caused by vibration of the wiring clamp or high-altitude wiring clamp during the switch on/off process. Solution: Fix the high-altitude wire clamp and apply a certain downward pulling force to reduce the virtual contact caused by vibration in the contact part.
HandyThe circuit breaker has a high number of "false" bounces, and over a long period of time, it may affect the time parameters, thereby affecting the maximum different periods and speeds. At the same time, if the circuit breaker does not operate for a long time (six months or longer), it should be appropriately opened and closed during maintenance, and recorded after the data is stable. If the same period still cannot meet the test results after multiple tests, professional personnel from the switch manufacturer need to debug the circuit breaker.
