When using the XC355 simulated rotation sensor with blind spots (the effective angle of XC355 is 345 °± 2 °), it should be ensured that the sensor cursor on the test interface is close to the middle grid. Note: The white scale line on the new sensor knob can indicate the cursor position, which can be used for quick installation. If the knob is loose, the instrument testing interface cursor must be centered as the installation reference.

For 4-core analog sensors such as XC355 rotary sensor and ABBM23 linear sensor, if there is no curve or the cursor does not move with the sliding end during use, under the premise of ensuring the correct selection of sensor type (analog/analog linear), the resistance value can be measured in the ohm range of a multimeter to determine whether the sensor is working properly. Sensor aviation plug angle markings: 1 positive, 2 sliding end, 3 negative, 4 empty. (Under normal circumstances, 1-2 resistance+2-3 resistance=1-3 resistance)
If there is no problem with the sensor self-test, it is necessary to check whether the solder joints of the sensor wire aviation plug are loose, and use a multimeter ohm range to measure the resistance values of plugs 1-1, 2-2, and 3-3 at both ends of the sensor wire. Normally, they should be close to 1 Ω. (If there are no pins on site to assist measurement, you can try connecting other analog sensors and sliding the sliding end to check if the cursor on the instrument testing interface changes accordingly. Generally speaking, the possibility of two different sensors breaking at the same time is relatively small.)
A50 acceleration sensor (select acceleration), GT1 gyroscope sensor (select gyroscope), after connecting the instrument and correctly selecting the "sensor" type, the cursor should point to the middle position and not move with the action of the circuit breaker. If the cursor is not in the middle, it is necessary to determine whether the sensor wire is damaged. If the sensor wire is normal, it is possible that the sensor is damaged.
