Before troubleshooting the instrument, verify that the Control and DC Power jumper connections on the front panel are correctly installed.
During testing, the DC Power Switch must be set to the ON position. When enabled:
HandyThe switch indicator remains illuminated.
HandyThe DC output indicator remains illuminated.

After confirming the above conditions, set the output voltage to the required value and measure the DC output terminals using a multimeter set to the DC Voltage range.
Measure the voltage between:
HandyRed terminal (+)
HandyBlack terminal (−)
The measured voltage should be consistent with:
HandyThe voltage displayed on the front-panel voltmeter
HandyThe operating voltage shown on the instrument test interface

If all measured values agree, the DC power supply is operating normally.
Next, press and hold the Manual Close or Manual Open button while measuring the voltage between the corresponding Close/Open terminal and the Common terminal.
Expected results:
HandyWhile the button is pressed, the measured voltage should match the panel voltage.
HandyAfter the button is released, the voltage should immediately drop to approximately 0 V.
This procedure verifies whether the electronic switching circuit is functioning correctly.

If both the DC output and control output are normal, the instrument's power supply and control circuits can be considered operational.
Further troubleshooting should focus on:
HandyDamaged or broken control cables between the tester and the control cabinet terminal block.
HandyIncorrect terminal wiring.
HandyInterlock conditions preventing operation.
HandyAbnormal resistance of the opening or closing coils.
