This is another simple discharge tube to make, and can be made in under 10 minutes (excluding the 24hr wait for the sealant to dry). First you will need to get a bottle (with a PLASTIC cap), some wire, a tube, silicone sealant, a drill, and a pair of pliers + wire cutters. Next, drill two holes in the top of the cap for the wires to go through, and a hole in the middle for the tube to go through. Put the wires and tube through the hole, and apply sealant all around them, and wait 24hrs for it to dry. You might want something to hold everything in place. Once everything is dry, bend the wires in place, put the cap on the bottle, and your ready to test it out.
